There are four preparations to choose from, and one (I’m pretty sure all) will catch your fancy—Japanese Beef Short Ribs (with Teriyaki Sauce and Pear, and Cucumber and Wakame Salad), Chinese Spareribs (with Szechuan Sauce and Prawn Cracker, and Snowpea and White Radish Salad), Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs (with Bulgogi Sauce and Green Apple, and a side dish of Kimchi) and Polo Bistro Baby Back Ribs (with Polo Bistro’s Signature sauce and Potato Chips, and Pomelo and Green Mango Salad).
