Atty. Migs Nograles is a young, U.S.-trained educator who started her initial practice in one of the top firms in Manila, Villaraza & Angangco Law Firm. Atty. Migs is a professor in various law schools with political and business inclinations owing to her politically-known lineage from the Davao region.

Atty. Cindy Ilagan-Cayco is also a youthful law practitioner with a lineage known in legal, political, and business circles in the Davao region. She is married to Atty. Victor Cayco, who is also a young law professor and practitioner, born from a prestigious family of lawyers and businesspersons, Philippines. Atty. Cindy and Atty. Victor are both law professors actively teaching in various schools.

Atty. Ken Dabi, the eldest among them, is likewise a veteran law practitioner and businessperson who built his solo law practice in Lanang, Davao City. He is an active IBP-Davao City Chapter member, a civic leader, and a military reservist under the JAGS, AFP, currently interested in conventional/digital market trading and cryptocurrency mining.
Together, notwithstanding the Covid-19 Pandemic and the changing of paradigm pressed by the looming age of digitization and globalization, not to mention the diverse backgrounds among the founding lawyers, NICD Law was established in the June 2021 at Lanang, Davao City, Philippines, arising from their professional and business aspirations to serve as Filipino lawyers, while bonded through their personal and collective commitments to support each other as a team towards greater excellence and successes in reaching their goals.
