Waterfront Christmas presents the 4 seasons

Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao kicked off its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last November 14, 2021 at the Hotel Lobby.

While having a typical live audience was not an option this year, the hotel virtually aired its yearly tradition live via facebook allowing more people to join in on the celebration.

The event, Four Seasons of Christmas at the Waterfront, was made possible through the talents and prowess of four of Davao City's top Events Stylists namely, Noel Tanza of Golden Touch, Wendell Gartes of Floral Pink Designs, Million Jesus Lumbay Jr. of Pachadas Event Styling and Veejay Salonga of Decoratives by Jannah and Hers. Each stylist was assigned one season and freely interpreted the theme.

Far from its usual with single gigantic tree displayed at the lobby, the hotel opted to welcome the most wonderful time of the year with four smaller trees, glittering lights, vibrant hues and festive decorations inspired by the four seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall.

During the night, Waterfront Davao also launched its timely campaign, Momentous Events: Celebrate Responsibly. The hotel teamed up with some of Davao's top Events suppliers in championing one cause, to encourage everyone to craft safe yet memorable celebrations by following the mandated guidelines. The campaign was also supported by Ms. GeneroseTecson, OIC for the Davao City Tourism Office as she gave her message.

In true essence of Christmas, Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao's OIC for hotel operations, Ms. Jennifer Ricardo Romero, thanked everyone's support and announced that the hotel will once again partner with the House of Hope Foundation for cancer-stricken kids by launching a Room Promo wherein part of the proceeds from each room stays for the whole month of December will go towards the foundation.

Finally, Ms. Romero, invited the viewers to visit Waterfront for the upcoming holiday season and reminded everyone of this year's theme, that despite the challenges, like the seasons, this too shall pass. (PR)
