Mindanao Butchers inaugurates new branch with wine tasting event

New wine bodega and second branch at CT Drive on Tulip Drive Matina

"Mindanao Butchers & Company since 2016 prides itself in curating the very best in old and new world wines. We have visited wineries around the world and have carefully chosen wines we ourselves enjoy and would be proud to serve at our new wine bodega and second branch at CT Drive on Tulip Drive Matina," said Carmina Del Rosario.

Among the collection, three wines were featured. The Toscana 2017:  Ruby red color. Hints of red fruit, cherry and strawberry. The taste is fresh, pleasant and with good acidity. The finish is balanced and persistent; The Val Paraiso: cherry red with a scent of red fruits with wooden flavor. It tastes velvety, soft in the mouth with a persistent aftertaste; and, the Conde Bel, ripe cherry in color with ruby-red hues, fairly intense aromas, tasty, good balance and a good fruity sensation.

Featured wines for the night

Also featured for tasting were cheeses available at the bodega.
