It’s a photo exhibit that captures historic moments between two nations- China and the Philippines.

Over the past years, China and the Philippines have established a comprehensive strategic cooperative relationship that brought tangible benefits between the two nations. Recently, with the new administration in place led by President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Representative, Vice President Wang Qishan, and State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi paid an official visit to the Philippines. China expressed their willingness to work with the Philippines’ new administration, “to adhere to the good-neighborly friendship, and deepen practical cooperation, so as to usher in a new era of the ‘Golden Age’ in bilateral ties.”

“Transcend the Millennia Friendship, Greet a New Era of Golden Age” Photo Exhibition on the Achievements of China-Philippines Cooperation is a curated collection of photographs that highlights the most significant moments of the two nations’ relationship.

“This Photo Exhibition will show to the viewers the achievements of China-Philippine cooperation, especially in the past 6 years. The pictures chosen are just a small part of the immense number of our cooperation, which highlight the most significant moments of high-level exchanges, major economic and trade cooperation, and key joint anti-pandemic endeavors. It is my sincere hope that this Photo Exhibition can remind us how important it is, how conducive it is for our two countries and our two peoples to maintain and further enhance our relation as good neighbors, good partners and good family relatives,” said Chinese Consul General Li Lin.

“Understanding and friendship between our two peoples, and exchanges and cooperation between the two nations have been greatly strengthened. The synergy of China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Philippines' Build Build Build Strategy has not only brought tangible benefits to the people but also fortified peace and stability, cooperation and development in our region. China is working to continue its cooperation with the Philippine’s new administration led by President BBM and Vice president Sara Duterte to build a new era of "golden age" in bilateral ties,” shared ConGen Li Lin.
