Park Inn by Radisson Davao to collaborate with Craft Breads & Pastries

Park Inn by Radisson Davao announced that it will progressively move towards the gourmet types of sandwiches and toasts, and reintroduce classic favorites. It will start with the breakfast buffet.

To achieve the goal of providing guests with hearty and healthy dishes while ensuring fresh and locally-inspired specialties, Park Inn will collaborate with bread maker, Craft Breads and Pastries, a local company that shares the same objective.

Artisan bread talk with with baker Vanessa Pacheco with Park Inn’s Lish Babela

Over a bread appreciation gathering at RBG Grill & Grill, baker Vanessa Pacheco of Craft Breads and Pastries was introduced. Pacheco comes back home to Davao from Canada, where she lived for some time and studied Artisan Bread Baking. She shared how her passion started, introduced a variety of breads; and, elaborated on artisan breads and their differences.
