Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival deals at the Waterfront

September. Waterfront Insular Hotel is looking forward to celebrating the Mid-Autumn or Mooncake Festival. For the Chinese, this festival is where families gather together to admire what's believed to be the fullest moon of the year.

Filipinos and Chinese have maintained a predominantly warm and cordial relationship bound with love and utmost respect for each other. For this year’s feast, Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao joins the celebration of the family’s togetherness and completeness by serving the mooncake.

Waterfront’s deep-roasted, rich, and thick-filling mooncakes are available in traditional and modern flavors. For traditional flavors, the all-time favorites - lotus, red bean, and ube. For modern mooncake flavors— the mango cheesecake, red velvet, double chocolate, and Durian. The mooncakes are available for purchase until September 22, 2022 at the booth fronting Cafe Uno.

Along with the mooncakes, the Chinese festival extends to the hotel’s food and beverages this month of September. Pizzaiolo is offering a limited-edition pizza — the Char Siu (barbequed pork) at P480.00. The mouth-watering flat, open-faced baked pie of Italian origin consists of a thin layer of bread dough topped with hoisin, honey, soy sauce, sherry, and Chinese five spice powder.

Cafe Uno, known for its luscious and delectable viands and refreshments, is offering a weekend Chinese buffet deal. Have a massive chomp of your all-time favorite Chinese edibles for as low as P999.00/person.

Committed to being at the forefront of providing total customer satisfaction, the hotel has its room accommodation promo rates with food and beverage consumables until September 30, 2022.
