From a frame shop to an art gallery, from purveyors to collectors, Nick and Fe del Rosario of Art Centre Davao held on to artworks that grew on them and would not let go of: works that depicted nature, Mindanao’s indigenous peoples, and families.

Circa 1980s, the Art Centre Davao collection is a glimpse of an era. The exhibition showcases 23 artists from that transformative era. Their works—rendered in acrylic, graphite, ink, oil, watercolor, and automotive lacquer—captures the spirit of Davao in the 1980s.
Exhibit runs until August 31, 2025 at the Foyer, La Herencia, Torres Street, Davao City.
