Seda Abreeza officially welcomed the holiday season with “A Bright New SEDA,” a festive celebration inspired by the warmth, generosity, and joyful traditions of a Filipino Christmas. This year’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony brought together guests, partners, neighbors, and community friends to honor shared stories, meaningful connections, and the spirit of malasakit that defines the season.
The event opened with a message of gratitude to the many individuals who continue to be part of Seda’s rich and evolving journey. “The spirit of the season shines brightest when shared,” the team expressed, noting how gatherings like this remind everyone of the sense of home that Seda Abreeza strives to cultivate.
This year’s celebration was especially significant as Seda Abreeza proudly showcased its newly transformed spaces. The hotel completed its reimagining just in time for the holidays—an achievement that reinforces Seda’s commitment to elevating its guest experience and strengthening its role in the community. “Thank you for believing in what we do within and beyond these walls,” the message continued, recognizing partners and patrons who have supported the hotel throughout its journey.
In the spirit of honoring everyday heroes, Seda Abreeza cast a spotlight on four members of the Bureau of Fire Protection whose dedication and courage keep the community safe: Fire Senior Inspector Frances Marie S. Sendrijas, Senior Fire Officer 2 Noel T. Ubatay, Fire Officer Kimralph V. Ricaforte and Fire Officer Mark Francis A. Tecson.
Their presence at the ceremony highlighted the Filipino value of malasakit—a deep sense of compassion and commitment to others. Seda Abreeza expressed heartfelt gratitude for their service and sacrifice, acknowledging the inspiration they bring to the community. “It is in the simple joy of celebrating together that we keep our light burning bright as our woven stories continue to unfold,” the message emphasized.
As the hotel looks forward to the coming year, Seda Abreeza hopes the season inspires moments that bring people together with warmth, care, and shared purpose—hallmarks of a truly Filipino Christmas.
“From all of us at Seda Abreeza and Ayala Land Hospitality, thank you for being part of our journey and for allowing us to be part of yours. May your holidays be filled with peace, joy, and the promise of brighter days ahead.”
