HBNB Kitchen x Pilgrim Group launches its weekend buffet dinner, completing its full roll-out of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
In Davao, HBNB Kitchen, Hotel 101’s signature restaurant, partners with a popular local brand, Pilgrim Restaurant Group, to offer hearty, curated meals to in-house guests and walk-in diners.
Offered Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Php 999net, the dinner buffet spread with nine stations presents delightful selections of dishes highlighting locally sourced ingredients.
“Diners should sample the beef slow-roasted with dry herbs and the porchetta with its distinct fennel spice flavor, among others,” says Chef Jeramie Go.
