“Long before this ordinance was put into effect, we were already considering providing our customers with a reusable bag for their purchases. We didn't want it to be an ordinary bag, we wanted it to be durable and functional but visually pleasing as well - a bag our customers could tote in and out of our store. We also wanted to showcase the immense creativity of Davaoeños in the field of arts and graphic design,” said Ms. Ong.
