"The moist and fudgy cake is a heavenly combination of premium Belgian chocolate and a silky ganache made with Beryl's 70% cacao dark chocolate. Deep, dark and decadent, the whole cake is finished with a velvety chocolate glaze and beautifully crowned with cherries, mango balls and a glittery chocolate fan," shared Madonna Paquilit, Park Inn's pastry chef.

The Premium Dark Chocolate Cake joins the line up of indulgent desserts the newly revamped pastry kitchen of the hotel. Served for Valentine's Day in the previous month of February was the Bannoffee Caramel Cake.
