Rogen Inn may look and feel like a hotel, but it’s an inn. The difference? For one, Rogen Inn forgoes of the in-house dining amenity. Why? To allow the guests to step out to the compound and discover a world of flavors from any of the homegrown brands’ cuisine. The impressive roster of local favorites, which includes Habi at Kape, Boiling Crabs, Marinatuna and more, will sate the palate craving for Filipino to Korean to Thai, whether it’s all meat or seafood, and from day to night.

So what’s for breakfast? Rogen Inn partners with Marinatuna to serve the “most important meal of the day.”
“With Marinatuna serving buffet breakfast for Rogen Inn’s guests, it operates the longest dining hours among the restaurants in the compound,” said Wesley Bangayan, Marinatuna franchisee.
The restaurant may be known for its seafood specialties, including the famed 10 ways of serving tuna, but the Rogen Inn branch goes beyond the perceived menu. The restaurant also serves meat dishes to cater to the non-pescatarians. “What will make the Rogen Inn branch of Marinatuna unique is that it serves buffet breakfast. Items will be cooked fresh from the kitchen when refilling is required. No advance cooking,” said Bangayan, adding that the breakfast fare will serve the basics—eggs, sausages, corned beef, a selection of breads, rice, Pinoy kakanins, fresh fruits in season and coffee.
“We’re giving our guests and food lovers in the city another good reason to visit. Every Friday and Saturday, Marinatuna is serving buffet lunch fr P549 only,” shared Bangayan.
A selection from the menu’s bestsellers and favorites like will be served on rotation. So, expect a wide variety of dishes that can make up a good, complete meal. Food lovers will be able to enjoy a bite of several favorite dishes or feast on one or two bestsellers even if dining by oneself and without breaking the bank. At P549 per head for buffet, it must be one of the best dining deals in Davao to date.
“That’s free breakfast for Rogen Inn guests, and a weekend lunch buffet, both offered at Marinatuna,” said Bangayan.
Rogen Inn’s location in the city center makes it a very convenient stop for travelers and food lovers. The compound, with a wide parking space, hosts the best homegrown restaurants.
