What’s 2025 going to be like? It’s definitely going to be filled with fun, food, laughter & travels, and in a recent Holiday gathering, Park Inn by Radisson Davao, with GM Sven Toune & DOSM Liza Gamo, took their media family to a trip through all these.

Like in any home, everyone gathered around a spread of good food whipped up by Chef Vance Bolivar (that included a dish using family heirloom recipe). It was a teaser to what’s landing on the Christmas & New Year’s eves spread and the Vanda menu soon.
If you make it for dinner at Park Inn before the midnight countdown (or your regular visit to the newly-renovated all-day restaurant), you may be digging into the tender juicy Roast Beef and Paella Valenciana, among other delicious dishes. But let me point you to what may make your taste buds as joyful as the season— the Pork & Shrimp Spring Roll and Vegetable Soup. I personally gave it my two thumbs up.
