VDSF 2018 is LongFest and WideFest. “Longfest” because the summer festival will run for ten weeks, and “WideFest” because the festival widens its coverage to seven areas to include Compostela Valley in the list. Original participants were Davao City, Sta. Cruz in Davao del Sur, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte, Mati City and the province of Davao Oriental.
