Eskina opened to the public as soon as the pandemic health restrictions were lifted. It was ready to serve, having the industrial building-inspired erected, and the service and culinary teams trained extensively - following health protocol - during the course of the lockdown period. It was a challenge Eskina faced head on and coming out a winner in the process. How? The owner used time and circumstance to his favor. In a unique way, service training, food development and team building were fused during the period. "Everybody had a voice in all the undertakings. In the process, we formed a family having fun," he shared.
They were ready when Eskina opened its doors, and soon enough, it was filling the halls with patrons spilling out to the al fresco zone.

While the bar is well-stocked with the popular types and brands of intoxicants, the menu consists of food items that can land on everybody's must-eat list. Meal for one, dinner for two to a feast for twenty, the culinary team can whip up whatever choices from all the courses, from appetizers on to the sweet meal enders--everything set on the table via a superb service team. And complementing the food and beverage offerings is nightly entertainment from by live bands performing on stage or guest DJs on board.

Only a few years into the business, Eskina is already evolving into something more exciting. Taking into account the comfort of diners, the main dining hall is now fully air-conditioned. Another dining hall was also built by the al fresco area. With these developments, Eskina is now ready for big, private events.
